Retrenched client trying to claim
I have a bond insurance with a company named Ooba which I believe is part of Holland.
I have been emailing them for weeks trying to put in a claim for my bond insurance.
When I called them they said I'm not covered for loss of income. I then started emailing them and they said the same thing. I then forwarded the contract they have sent me which clearly states loss of income is covered. Ever since then I haven't gotten any feedback from them. There's a lady Samantha Davids (not sure about the surname) that has been asking her team to get back to me yet nothing has happened.
I have been trying since December 2024.
I'm fed up and being unemployed is stressful as is. Now I need to deal with this ****py service. When I'm employed again I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
