Request on deaf ears
<p>I have phoned Hollard Insurance 3 times already, requesting them to send me a tax certificate or any document reflecting my premiums paid for the 2016 tax year. I can not do my tax calculation if I don't have any supporting documentation. They don't seem to see the urgency of the matter</p>
