Request for recordings

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I'd requested recordings on the 28th of October and told it would take 14-16 working days. Elizabeth, if not mistaken on the name, even called to say they are processing my request. On the 24th of November I called to make a follow up because nothing was sent, I was sent from pillar to post, eventually spoke to Kopano who told me that this would be sorted, until today nothing. Am I not entitled to these recordings? </p> <p> </p> <p>Does it take more than 30 days to retrieve them?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I have to always write on this site to get serviced? Should I then in future not bother calling the call centre?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly advise.</p>
