Repay back my money back to my account

my name is Dumsani Nicholas Nhlapo. <br> on the 05/12/2014 i make some special arrangement between me and Hollard to deduct my premium on 19/12/2014 due of Festive season we get paid earlier they didnt deduct as par agreement, i try to call them and ask them what happen, i make other arrangement to deduct to 20/01/2015 they deduct didn't't wet through, on 30/01/2015 they deducted one premium according to the contract they should deduct two premium. but they didn't deduct they only say their was no money at the bank, and their was money at my bank i even send my bank statement, but they fail again to deduct the money for this month, only think i i got they said my policy is been rejected. I am requesting to assist me to this regard that Hoollard to repay my money at the bank, because they bridge the contract between me and them they even come whenever they want to deducted money and our agreement is the 1st day of the month.
