Remove my name from credit bureau

Good afternoon

Hollard has listed my name on the credit bureau and I have been requesting a letter from you stating that I do not owe you as this was a month to month cover that lapsed in 2020 already..I called so many times And was promised that a letter will be sent to me but nothing till now,if I do not receive assistance I will lay a complaint to the ombudsman and use all necessary social media including hello Peter to voice out my frustration as you have no right to list me from the 1st place .I last spoke to thoko from customer service and till now my name still shows at the credit bureau.
