Reimbur*****t claim / Ackermans cellphone insurance claim

My daughter lost her cellphone at school and it was insured and I reported the cell phone to the insurance company which is Ackermans insurance claims and I provided all the documentation needed from me to report the the lost phone. Police report case number , ITC number for blocked phone, proof of payments for monthly and bank statements and all the back and forth call made daily for updates on the claim.

Yet I couldn't get help, I was paying for the insurance since January 2020 till to date as I never claimed for the phone, my Daughter Huawei Y7 got lost only this year but it was never replaced by the so called insurance policy company.

I am so ****ed and disappointed by Ackermans and hollard insurance company (Sovha insurance company), I want to let people know that they should never insure their phones with Ackerman cell phone insurance those people are ****mers, I still cry even today when I think of the very bad service I got from that company, Ackermans should just stop selling phones and just focus on selling clothes, I still want my money for the insurance i paid for the 5 years I paid I want all of it, reimbur*****t to be done for my premiums Please.
