Refusing to pay full insured funeral policy!!!!!! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO HUMAN KIND

We are totally disgusted with hollard. It is unbelievable how insurance companies rob people and just cause havoc where ever they go and hollard just proofed it again. You have no feelings towards your customers and will do anything in your power not to pay out but only collect. My Mother passed away and had a funeral policy through hollard and when it was time to claim we had to run around to get funds to ensure that all the services got paid because hollard decided the are only going to pay out a portion. You must be removed from society as you are just there to leave people in stress while they are supposed to mourn a loved one who made sure she had her plan in order for a long time. People we need to find lawyers or get government involved in this as insurance companies go out of their way to rob the people from the promises that they make when they want to sell you their ******* services. people need to step up. Do you have no remorse for ruining peoples lives. It is BULL **** that people must suffer from your legal robbing and *****ing behavior. and then just because the main Member has passed away now all the other people on the policy must start a new policy because you now their policies lapse. It is a disgrace to think that you are people working with people and destroying relationships as everybody must eventually fight to get funds which was supposed to be there through the policy which was paid to ensure that a grieving process can be possible to insure love and comfort-ability is at hand, but rather you ensure that there is stress and fighting in times which must be full of peace and love. you are a disgrace to human kind. This is not wild animals you are working with. your license must be revoked as you are *****ing openly. You do this because insurance companies has a license to ***** and rob and they just get away with it. It is time that this ********** companies must be brought to justice for their acts of cruelty to human beings who work hard and and then part with their hard earned money to hopefully get what they pay for. Then you got the ****ing nerve to tell us to lay a complaint just so that it can go to file 13. People get together to stop this Bull **** from insurance companies. HOLLARD YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND WE WILL DO ALL IN OUR POWER TO GO VIRAL WITH YOUR BULL **** ATTITUDE. Wake up, this is real peoples lives and morals you are messing up and people are getting tired and we are fed up with this kind of abuse towards clients.
