Refuses to pay up the policy claim

<p>My mother has accidental death cover will Hollard which covered my father, but now Hollard say they they won't pay until they get blood results of my father, they also say if they do not get the blood results in 30days they will not pay at all. The problem is that the investigating officer says the blood results will only be available after 6 months.</p>
