Refuse to pay claim

I have been paying for a lap top insurance since from 2015, they stole a laptop at Chris Hani mall in March in my car, I have submitted a claim within a week, I have submitted the affidavit, copy of my ID as per request. unfortunately they are unable to assist with a new lap top as they are saying "Hollard does not cover: 4. Loss or damage resulting from: - theft from an unattended vehicle, unless the insured item is completely concealed, and the vehicle is secured, and entry is gained by forcible, violent and visible means or the vehicle is secured in a building". I am so disappointed as I've paid for this insurance for 7 years but now I need to pop out money from my pocket to buy the new one.
