Refusal to payout insurance

Hollard cheats and robs (poor) people of their payouts. They have not made any payouts since June this year. Our members were over covered but they told all the societies they can cover one person as much as they can ,this is bad really and they do not answer any of our calls.

I was a member and underwritten by Hollard, their consultant came and recruited societies (stokvels) telling them that everyone can be covered by each society,then claims flow in ,it was only then that they realize that they have a problem with one member being covered more than what they can pay,then they came and try to explain what they are encountering at claims department so in the mean time people die and claims then piled up. I was told that they are still busy investigating the claims, I have no clue why or how, the next thing some of our clients were withdrawing because of what is happening.
