Refusal to cover

Dissatisfaction with Insurance Hollard/Ooba.<br> <br> Part of my boundary wall has fallen, and after making a claim I was told the following.<br> <br> 1. Structural defects existed which resulted in the collapse.<br> 2. Any damage will not be covered it is established that the cause was a result either structural defects, Poor workmanship. <br> <br> I feel prejudices because. <br> 1. I have just bought the house as is, and have not undertaken any construction work.<br> 2. I have no capacity/knowledge to determine if all structures are correctly erected<br> 3. I pay R450 a moth for the peace of mind that my family will enjoy the cover offered by Insurance Hollard/Ooba.<br> 4. An average person would not have detected the existence of a defect <br> <br> <br>
