Quick to take your money but ......

A very good friend of mine has paid her premiums for 5 years, without fail, her husband passed away on the 8th of February, she has already had the memorial, and cannot go ahead with the cremation, as Hollard was quick to take her money every month, but cannot seem to sort out the payment of the policy. We have been speaking to the various branches, who are not responding to any of their calls or emails. Shocking to say the least, dont waste your money or your time with Hollard !!!!!
