Query with the insurance policy debit order

I am F*en angry about the bad customer service from Hollard insurance company,<br> my debit order date is on the 20th Monthly and this month the 20th was on Saturday,Hollard submitted a debit order on the 19th before my salary could be paid,I am not sure if they use a trawling system to deduct money <br> because as soon as I receive in contact message that salary is paid into my account,already hollard have deducted the installment,On the 20th June they did not deduct the installment , yesterday still they did not deduct the money ,I really dont need this stress from them because I cannot take this nonsense,<br> Yesterday I have sent them an email about the query but there was no response and in the meantime my bank is charging me for debit order that was not honoured ,I will be telling my friends and family of not to use hollard products because its bad news<br>
