Promises but all you get is Lies......

5 Years ago I took out a Funeral Policy with Hollard, according to the agreement a "Cash Back" is due on after the 26th August 2017 . However I phoned the call centre to claim. I am perturbed with the service I have received. According to "TCF" Treat Customer Fairly Hollard has not delivered to their promise. I contact Hollard on the 28th August 2017 & I received a reference number and then they said I will receive my cash back after 7 to 14 days than nothing happened. I called again on 12th September 2017 then consultant advised that she will presses the claim again and I will receive before 7 days. When the 7 seven expired another call was made on the 28th September 2017 to enquire & was told that it will take 14 Working Days - another call was made & the consultant advise that the request was sent to the pay-outs Department & they will contact me but I did not received any contact from them. On the 9th October 2017 the consultant advice that the query is still pending and he is waiting for the superiors to come back from Joburg......this is absurd!!! I have paid my premiums fully till to date and kept my promise, But HOLLARD has not kept their side of the promise. Till date”12 October 2017” I haven’t received any thing and then they said I must call them tomorrow again cause the waiting on another department to presses the claim. An Ombudsman Complaint will be lodged in due course. No Cash Backs, All lies….. We are only good when we pay our Premiums on time .......can you imagine if something happened to me and my son, my family would struggle to this date to give me or my son a decent funeral because companies Like Hollard promise us the world but under deliver on their promise.. and want to cancel my police with you Hollard ………
