Potential or Permanent Disability??????

Receiving a disability income due to works injury. It was granted in March 2019 due to a works injury or rather negligence due to not providing the sufficient vibration safety wear needed to work with Jack Hammers.

A silly thing like requesting a letter to proof the income i receive from Hollard as a disability income they cannot provide me with. I just want to purchase a vehicle. I cant even do that. Not only do i have nerve damage due to this work injury now i have to be stripped of a basic human right like purchasing a vehicle.

Is nerve damage permanent or potential ???????????????????????????????
