Poor sevice

I paid a funeral policy since 2012. I skipped a payment early in this year and paid in the amount after a month. During Tia time i was never contacted by Hollard to in form me that the policy lapsed and there is a new 12 month waiting period. I wanted to claim for my fathers burial and only found out today a day before the funeral. I am totally disgusted by this service and will never make use of Hollard or recommend this bad service.
