Good Day,

Regarding the below emails,

I`ve been sending you numerous emails, but you are not willing to rectify the problem,

I only noticed now that the debit order for Hollard Funeral policy never went off my bank account for February 2020, that means that you`ve done nothing to the fact that there is a problem with your system, because all my other debit orders has no problem debiting from my Capitec Bank Account,

Regarding the reported matter,

I spoke with a consultant by the name of Emang who provided me with the following Reference Number: ***,

She advised me that she will report the matter to your IT department,

My other debits orders went off successfully with no issues,

The debit order for Hollard is the only debit order with a problem so that means that the problem is with Hollard and not the bank or my bank account(Capitec), also

You(Hollard) let the debit order go off by my old bank (FNB) and now my bank account is in arrears,

Please let me know who will be paying for the bank charges for the debit order that wasn't successful because of insufficient funds?

Thank you,

Johan Jacobs

Regarding the below email,

2 of your consultants phoned me and advised me that they can't load my new banking details on your system bevause it's being rejected and the reason is because my bank account is not accepting payments or debit orders,

Please see below debit order that came through successfully today,

Capitec: Debit Order -R595.30 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref MIWAYCOLLE***INS PREM 1; 20-Dec. Info ***
