Poor service from hollard insurance

I received a poor service from hollard hospitalisation claim insurance, after submitting the claim documents on the 31/05/2024, I decided to make a follow up on the 20/06/2024 because I was not getting any feedback regarding my claim, only to be told that my claim is not registered yet, they acknowledged receiving my documents but the claim was never registered, how pathetic?
