poor service from Hollard

Good day i have an insurance with Hollard. So far i have receive nothing but BAD SERVICE! They don't pay claims on time. Agents never responds to any of your emails. Been struggling since last year to get all my claims sorted every month there is a problem. Such a terrible company.
