Poor service

I did have a life policy with altrisk that was take over by Hollard .In 2018 I ask Hollard twice to reduce my Premium but they did not assist.I did fill in the quitation in for a new premium in 2018 but to my surprise They did not assist me .I contact them on numerous time but without. Any succes to decrease myself premium.I request my money back in differences in the quation they gave me and the premium I still have paid till August as it wasntheir mistake and not mine
