Poor pay out of policies Very Sad

<p>Put through a claim 2 weeks ago. I was told week before last that my claims has been approved and that I can expect pmt within 48 hours. It's more than a week and I am still waiting. I called in and the consultant I speak to gives me the same story that it has been approved and they cannot say when I can expect pmt. I called in this morning again, put a complaint on their website and still nothing. I have this policy for 9 years and if this is the customer service you get for the 1st time claiming in 9 years, why am I still paying for the policy??? This is VERY frustrating!!!!</p>
