poor customer service

My wife was on december leave the day she was suppose to start work the owner told them the company is liquidated they were not even allowed inside the premises,we submitted a claim to hollard to cover our house payment as we have a life policy with them,they asked for payperwork but we cant get hold of the owners to give us the paper work and they simply cant understand that we even got an avidavit from the police station to verify that we cant get a company stamp or uif card but not anything is done on there side to assist us very very poor service.....
