Poor customer service
I am dissatisfied with the service I have experienced from Hollard in the past few weeks. I have a laptop that I insured with them from 2016. I have been experiencing problems with my laptop lately and I've contacted them about the problem but they are refusing to repair the laptop. They have not seen the laptop or checked it before refusing to repair it.
