Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed at Hollard , my cash back claim has taken a very long time to be processed and I'm just wondering if there was a death claim , would the same delay occur . This is absolutely unprofessional and something I would not expect from Hollard as I've been a loyal client for many years .
