Poor across the board

If you had an option for ZERO rating, I would have clicked that. Very poor. Taking insurance money for a phone that was not in service for years and they knew. I bought a new phone and they did not switch to the new phone and when the new phone was ****** and I informed them, they advised that the old phone is the one on their file and I have paid R149.00 per month for years and of course when I escalated this, they send me a generic response and of course no refund. Instead it was my fault, not the sales person. To add to it, they charged me again for this month. Take Take Take that is actually all they do. You Hollard, are not enabling better futures.
