POLICY NOT PAID OUT

Good Day, I am not happy with the service that Hollard is providing me with. My dad passed on on the 29/01/2021 and he has a policy with Hollard. I am being put as a beneficiary and i went and claimed my dads Life policy that he made for me. I visited the nearest branch in Potchefstroom and the lady that helped me called head office to equerry my claim. Head Office tells me that my claim has been sent to other company that can payout the Life Cover. I was told that it will take 30 days to payout. Today i went back to them to ask whats going on and they still tell me the same story. Its been 3 months now that i have been waiting. Policy number : ***
