Policy no ***

I started a policy with Hollard on October 2021 up until April 2023.

They nominated their own beneficiary by the name of S Maduna under my name of which I didn’t know of that *****ulent act I then wrote an email asking them several times to remove that person they didn’t respond. I decided to surrender my policy this month I sent an application to surrender my policy they rep**** faster this time🤷♀️😂.

They refunded me a lesser amount than what I paid in total it was not even 50% of what they were taking from my premiums. My premiums were R334 pm times the number of months since October 2021 but they only deposited R2000 in my account I want the remaining balance.

Fortunate enough I still have the contact number for the agent (salesman)that took my details and information I will hand it over to my Lawyer ASAP.

So guys stay away from Hollard please these insurance companies are now *******ed they’re cahiers,tellers and salesman are opportuniste themselves they’re full of nonsense.
