policy lapsed without any notification but my acc was debited

<p>i joined hollard since 2014 and i only found out the policy was lapsed when my financial advisor sent through the cancellation request as i have taken a new policy with Liberty. if it wasnt for that i would never have found out that it had lapsed,</p> <p>weird part is that all along i was debited and no communication sent, i only reversed the debit order today after i got a message that it lapsed i guess they didnt get the message that my premiums were paid every month. </p>
