Policy Issue - unauthorized policy activated by hollard
i have the 3 mentioned polices under my name with Hollard ***3 / ***1 / ***2 , no premiums have been going off for the past 6 months (only noticing today) i called 3times to enquire and i got a shock service of my life after being put from pillar to post Busisiwe Khumalo tells me that my policies lapsed and they sms'd *** to tell they lapsed - this 074 is my deceased father who passed 15.07.2021 -why sms him if I'm the policy holder and you have my 079978 number? she tells me that i opened another policy ***5 at clearwater mall and I'm insured - i don't even know where the mall is and how its facing - i asked her for proof of signature because i did not open any policy and she cant provide...i need my policies activated or i want all my premiums back from 2013 as you have my account number and cell number to notify me of any changes

I want all of these premiums back because I did not give my signatory or open this policy at any mall
I need you to send me proof of how this was open and how you obtained my details because I've never been where I'm told that it was opened
Please advise when all my R99 will be refunded to me because what you doing is **********
This is unauthorized and I didn't give my signature or open such a policy besides the ones you cancelled without my authorization
