Policy I never signed up for
My name is Khumbuzile Shibase I'd number ***, I just closed my jet account today. I have a query from with Regards to policy I was sign up for that I never agreed for. My biggest concern is that the lady I spoke to mentioned to me that on that hollard policy my mother is cover, my biggest concern is that my mother is no more She passed away in 2012, in 2012 I didn't have jet account. Please I would like to dispute this I'm so frustrated I'm not happy at all, I have been transferred to different departments I'm not getting any assistance.
