Policy i did not sign up for

I have a ackermans account that i was paying for couple of months and noticed that my amount owing them is not coming down and there is no credit available. After couple of months i went into ackermans to find out if everything is alright with me account and explained my issue.

The first thing the cashier ask was "do you have any policies that you have signed for on your Ackermans account" I then told her no i haven't sign anything for policies with Ackermans.

She phone headquarters who told her to phone Hollard and check if there is any policies on her name through her ackermans account and to my surprise there was 3 policies on my name that i do not know who signed for .

I cancelled and asked for my money then they told me to go to the police station and do do not know what all i need to do although i did not sign up for anything.
