Policy Complain

Hello Peter l have a problem about my policy from HOLLARD which l paid many years it was for my mother so my mother passed on on the 14th of July and l claimed sending all the documents they required , they didn't pay after some few weeks l wrote them the complain letter they didn't respond and it was not for the first time this happened but l pay every month my problem is that when l pay l pay for the funeral but at the end of the day l go through difficult time grieving without the money as struggling so to my point of view there's no reason to pay for the funeral cover if one of my family member passes on l have to struggle in that manner so what's gonna happen now is that I'm gonna have to cancel my policy that l have them because it's not working for me at all l am sorry l had to cancel all my policies with HOLLARD this way but it's not my fault and what makes me more angrier is that it's not for the first or the second time this is for third time.
