Policy claim not received
I'm so disappointed with Hollard life specialist which i took a policy with them since 2019. My policy matured on the 1st of december 2024 hence I followed the procedure of by filling the maturity claim forms and send back to them on the 16th of December 2024. Since then i havent received any communication from them.
I tried calling them but no luck!
#Very frustrated
