Policy canceled even though proof of payment was emailed.

My father got retrenched last year. He was unbale to pay his premium for the month of January & February. From March till the end of July he made a total of 7 payments to get the premiums up to date.

On the 1st of August he got a sms saying that he's policy has been canceled because he didn't pay for two months. Since then he's been tying to sort out everything but the person he made contact with just don't want to help him.

I helped him to get all the Proof Of Purchase slips scanned and emailed it to *** (the person he made contact with).

She doesn't email him back. Currently he didn't pay for August because they told him that the policy is canceled. So he is scared to make another payment and loose the money.

I don't see how the policy can be canceled. Please help him get the policy re-instated.
