Policies REFUND

I had a life cover and hospital plan with hollard,i decided to cancel as i was going on maternity leave and did not want any inconvenient situations. And as the clouse says in their booklet that they do give REFUND after cancellation as long as one has not claimed. Then the lady calls as i have logde a complain as it has been a while and refund i have not gotten. The nerve to ask me if they where to pay me for cancelling my policies then they will have to refund everyone else . And then ahe keeps telling me about some 30 day cooling period which jas past 3 months ago. All i want is my refund NJE
