Please cancel all your Holland policies

Please cancel all your policies with Holland as soon as you can! Funeral policy supposed to pay out 48 H it has now been more than a week. Making this horrible time in my life even worse! Called yesterday was told no one is available until 13:00 and my case will get priority. Called today case need to go to supervisor and only one in the whole company and not available again I will get priority…, I am absolutely num that I have to phone and phone and send mails! But my payment was in time every time for 14 years! Sad!!
