Persistent Spam and Calls After Hours

I have been sms'd twice in two days by Hollard insurance. I have selected opt out both times and continue to be messaged by them. I have received two phone calls after 6pm on week nights where I have made it abundantly clear that I don't want their services or phone calls, not to mention it being after hours. <br> <br> I have no idea how they got my cell number and I'm on the verge of taking this further.
