Pep account but Hollard is able to deduct the insurance money which is R150 that my mom doesn't even agreed on taking that insurance

My mom opened a pep account meanwhile she didn't know that she joined a Holard insurance which is R150 per month whenever when she pays her account that R150 is being deducted to her account money she called Hollard they said they will close the insurance on the 30th of November 2025 and Pep doesn't involve.. How come pep is not involved in a insurance but they able to deduct R150 when my mom pays her account..Please help my mom to able to close the Hollard insurance with immediate effect cos this thing drains her cos her accounts have earras becouse of this Hollard insurance that she didn't sign up for it.
