Payout

These PPL do not want to out my claim since 16 February, they come up with new stories of 12 months waiting period but on the phone and on TV they talk about 6 months. Furthermore they send repudiation letter of another client meaning they don't do their work correctly because that was not me at and that is a male. Please help me
