Paying less that what they said they cover for.

My wife's car was out of warranty and I took an extended warranty with Hollard Motor extender. The wording on the policy i took, with a Cruse option, to quote a few was: Engine is covered for up to R 20 000.00. over heating for R5000. Time passed and there was no problem with the car. The other morning it took time to start but started eventually. it then lost power on the road and it stopped and didn't want to start anymore. it had to be taken to Tommy Martin. where the quotation came saying the top engine casket needs skimming and it will cost around. R19 000 for repairs. it took about a month or more to respond to my claim. then they come back telling me that they are only going to pay for the over heating, R4 500, minus the access of R 500. That to me is a breach of contract as what needs fixing on the car is the engine, and the car cannnot go anywhere without the engine being fixed
