Pathetic service received

To whom this may concern

As a son and businessman I have never been so disappointed in a company the way that I am in Hollard.

My father Gerald Du Plessis, past away on the 30th of December 2020, and was buried on the 5th of January 2021 without any help from Hollard where he had a life insurance. I sent ALL the relevant documentations to Esme at Nedbank George. Its been 5weeks and my mother hasn't received a cent from Hollard.

If she doesn't receive whats owed to her, I will do everything in my power to expose the lies you broadcast on TV and approach my lawyers.
