Pathetic Service

there's no amount of frustration to explain how unhappy I am with this company I am trying to get a hold of this company since this morning I complained on hello peter numerous times just unfilled promises from the staff at this company , they call you apologising and then theres no feedback

I wrote a review on facebook todays ago no response , I held on the line for 20min just so they can cut the call on me , I am a loyal customer , but is this the way you treat customers ,

Were are the managers , share holders , directors of this company , that no one responds to calls , emails, or even complaints such as mine

I put in 2claims and no feedback
