Pathetic service by hollard insurance

I have been retrenched in October 2020 since then I'm fighting a loosing battle with hollard insurance.I have made numerous calls regarding my bond insurance and guess what to date NO ONE has done a thing to assist me.I have a bond through Ithala, Hollard was supposed to send Ithala a message stating that they are covering my bond for the next 6 months as my claim was approved...It is now MARCH 2020 and I am still being debited by ithala as Hollard has not communicated with Ithala to date.I have called many times i was told that they will send me a letter within 24 hours shame its way past that time and still nothing.Hollard when someone is retrenched it means THEY HAVE NO INCOME...FYI I have insurance with hollard bond insurance but could never claim for damages because they NEVER cover anything!!!My roof fell down I had to pay out of my own pocket to have it repaired...The worst insurance company Never ever have i spoken to many *********** lazy people who only send emails up and down...You guys suck !!!
