Pathetic service

I took a policy with Hollard and I was advised that for the month of February no premiums were debited from my account. I made arrangement that they debit double premiums in June which they did, however they also debited twice again in July and which is only for 2 policies. I have 3 policies with Hollard, now I am receiving sms's from them advising that my one policy has lapsed. <br> <br> This is pathetic, someone in their accounts department cannot manage the finances when the debit and now it becomes my problem. I need this to be sorted within 24 hours or I get a full refund of my my money and I will find another insurance company that has competent people.
