Pathetic Hollard

The worst life insurance company to deal with ever.On the 8/05/2018 this cmaim was submitted.We were advised pay outs will take about2-3 working days..The funeral was on the 12/06/2018 already today is the 17/05/2018 and no money has been paid out up untill today.When ever we go to the branch here in Worcester the agent that assisted us just keeps on saying it still shows pending and she has done her part it is headoffice that must just make the payment she cant tell me when it will happen and what the delay is..Not even offering to contact headoffice to find out or follow up at all,very cold service.We had to put our self in debt cause this cover did not pay out in time.What is the use than of having life insurance if pay outs dont occurr in time for the funeral?i will never recommend Hollard to anyone at all
