Pathetic Customer Service

Pathetic customer service. Lost my mom's claim form 4 times and took me to give one of the agents a good scolding and insist on his seeing his manager to get the ball rolling. My passed away in December, the claim was paid to my dad mid April, contrary to their promise of no long wait. Big thank you to the Manager though for getting it sorted asap and also to the Edgars staff at Blue Route Mall for their tireless assistance.
