Pathetic cant even describe hollards service

I still cant believe hollard still have not gotten back to me regarding a claim i want to put trough regards my truworths account due to losing my job a review on hello peter before where the response was they will get back to me and still no response i tried phoning again but still no answer to speak to some one you just listen to music and voice prompts . So it seams to me the company has no intention on getting back to a client
