Parental funeral claim

Good Day

Since I sent my funeral claim documents to hollard they gave me reference no but there is no payment received. They gave me contact numbers to do a follow up but their agents sucks because they don't pick up calls I have been calling them for an hour but no response.

I would like hellopeter to sent them email about this issue so that they can come back to me.
