Outstanding payment

My name is Nolusindiso jakeni l would like to complain regarding the poor service I got from hollard. I ve been waiting for the past three moths for my claim, no positive results have come yet ,still waiting for Hollard to respond on my claim . It's total unacceptable the way they treat their clients. No follows ups been done .the service is poor and shocking .
