Outstanding funeral cover claim

Worst experience ever for funeral cover claim ,call centre staff clueless and don't have empathy and could careless about urgency of claim.Call centre agent Bitso and team leader Thulane Khanyi **** to us promising payment but dololo payment 7 days after claim lodged.The rudeness of Bitso the call centre agent knows no boundaries.I need to review my other policies with them because I cannot be going through same next time I have a funeral. Once bitten twice shy!!!!
